REWARD POINTS

Every time you place an order with Crafty Arts through your Crafty Arts Account, you’ll receive Reward Points. 1000 points gives you £1 credit to use on your next order.

For every £1 you spend with us you will receive 5 points.

If you subscribe to our newsletters, for every £1 you spend you will receive 10 points

Reward Points are valid for three years from the date you received them.

Sign in to your Crafty Arts Account to see your balance.

To redeem your Reward Points, you’ll need to be signed in to your Crafty Arts Account. You can then apply them to your order in the Basket or Checkout pages.

You will find the 'Reward Points' field, under the 'Order Summary'.

Here you can enter the amount of points you would like to spend and then click ‘Apply Points’.

Please note, points can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you place your order through PayPal Guest Checkout and not through your Crafty Arts account, you won’t receive any points.
