If you have an account with Crafty Arts, you will need to click on the “My Account” link to track your order, followed by “Recent Orders”.
If you are an unregistered customers you can click on the ‘Recent Orders’ link. You can then enter your order number along with the postcode. Once the order is displayed, you can click on the order number to see the details.

Delivery Time Frame
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Items will generally be delivered to you within 3-5 days working days using standard delivery. If Express Delivery has been requested our service should ensure delivery within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
*Express Delivery is based on a 1-2 working day service which requires an additional charge.
(Please note that a working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).
