An innovative pencil with just one minor foible.

Heard about this product through the Pen Addict podcast, after being annoyed that the leads of regular mechanical pencils eventually wear flat and make my writing wide and awful, I decided to give it a go. Damn, it's good. The rotating lead is subtle but distinct. every now and then I'll feel a small snag as it twists to a sharper edge, but the feeling is fleeting. I would have liked a rubber grip to better hold it, rather than the stepped metal (as I hold pencils towards the nib), but you get used to it. The one issue, is that I wouldn't recommend this for those who write cursive: The twist only happens when the pencil it taken off the page, so it may have a reduced effect. For all other writers however, I'd greatly recommend it. To that end, I brought it to work, and one of our senior technicians asked me to buy one for her as well!
