What is Instant Credit?
The Crafty Arts Instant Credit Account gives you instant credit account, so you can start ordering as soon as possible. This is available for both our standard and express courier delivery service.
What is the Process?
Once ordered your items will be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an invoice via the post. All accounts work on a 30 day credit account.
When your account is set up, place your order online and enter your purchase order number in the check out area. Simply email us your official order form or contact us by phone and place your order directly.
Do I qualify?
Instant Credit is available for the Public Sector for example; Schools, Local Government, Colleges and Universities.
What about Businesses?
Standard Credit Accounts are available for businesses. But due to credit checks that must be applied, this process will take longer and in many cases instant credit can not apply. If you do have any queries please click here for our contact us page.

Terms and Conditions for all Account Holders
This account is available to The public sector for example Schools, Universities, Councils, and NHS Services. When you apply for a Crafty Arts Instant Credit Account and your application is accepted an account will be opened for you.
To hold an Instant Credit Account your organisation must be a Public Sector Service or a Business. To prevent identity fraud a copy of your letter head will be required to be sent by post.
Please be aware that our payment terms run on a 30-day policy. All past due accounts of 2 periods (or older) will be subject to a late payment interest rate of 10% per 30 days. Your account could be revoked due to late payments and all future orders will have to be paid in advance.
