European Shipping

Please note all of our deliveries are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means you are responisble for paying import taxes on your items to clear relevant customs. The price we state for delivery covers most items that we ship, but larger or very heavy items may incur a higher charge - we will call you with an update if this is the case.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available when ordering online. On checking out, you will need to select "Click & Collect Romford" as your delivery option. You can then collect from our Romford Office. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your order is ready for collection.

UK Delivery (includes Highlands and Offshore**)
We offer a FREE* UK tracked delivery service for all orders of £40 or over. Tracked delivery is usually delivered within 2-4 working days. Direct deliveries may need more time for delivery. For orders less than £40 the postage and packaging charge is £3.95.

We also offer a free tracked service for orders over £80

*We're sorry but Aerosols, Spray Cans, and liquids over 250ml are not eligible for free delivery due to shipping restrictions on these items. This also applies to very heavy items.
**Large items will incur an out of area charge as they have to be sent via courier. See Out of Area below.

UK Express Delivery
In need of your deliver fast? We offer a 1-2 day service! Once the items have been dispatched through our service provider your item will take 1-2 working days to arrive.

Our Express Delivery is £6.99† (†This price is for UK Mainland only and does not apply to various different locations in certain areas - please see terms and conditions and out of area options for details). We use DHL for the majority of our Express delivery orders. In some cases we may use a different courier due to where you are based or the shape/size of the item you have ordered.

DPD do not deliver on a Saturday unless Saturday Delivery is selected, which is £10.95. This will guarantee delivery of your item on that day.

Orders for multiple numbers of an item may take longer to assemble and may not therefore be eligible for express delivery. If the case arises and your item is out of stock you will be contacted and informed. Any items that are marked *Direct* do not apply for express delivery as they are delivered directly from the manufacturer.

Mount Board/Foam Board Delivery
We do our absolute best to ensure that all Mount board is packaged well for transit but because this is a fragile product slight damage may occur on edges and corners upon delivery.

Out of Area
We deliver to most postal areas in the Scottish Highlands and Offshore, but unfortunately due to certain geographical locations our carrier restricts our service by charging a postal fee of £14.99

Unfortunately parcels despatched to forces personnel serving overseas (British Forces Post Office/BFPO) can only be sent using our standard service.

Shipping Overseas
Our delivery rates are based on which zone you may be located in. Your order will be sent via DPD, DHL or Royal Mail Airsure, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Please note that we cannot send; canvases, studio easel, aerosols, spray cans and liquids over 250mls and other very large/heavy items overseas. If you would like a quote for these items please contact us to find out if they would be available for despatch to your country.

Terms of Shipping
Shipping and handling charges refers to one transaction. Special deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date.

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.

Prices displayed above and countries listed may change without notice. In the unlikely event that our courier was to charge more than expected we would pass on the costs but first explain the extra charges to complete your order and to confirm if you would like to continue.
