High-gloss, transparent glass painter, water based. Ideal for school, hobby and leisure time. Marabu-Glas Painter is suitable for painting on glass, metal, porcelain, etc. For fine black outlines, Marabu-Glas Painter is available separately in a tip width of 1mm. Marabu-Glas Painter can be used in perfect combination with Marabu-Decorglas or Marabu-GlasArt. After baking in an oven (30 min. at 170°C), Marabu-Glas Painter is dishwasher-safe. Please follow the instructions for baking.
Marabu Glass Paint Pen Instructions
Before use, shake the painter well with the cap closed. Press onto the tip repeatedly until the ink is visible in it (do not continue once the ink appears in the tip as this may overload it). Try using the painter on a piece of scrap paper first (not on the object to be painted until you are sure the flow is smooth).
Please make sure that the object to be painted is thoroughly cleaned before writing or painting, with Marabu-Cleaner & Thinner or alcohol-based spirit. After use, close the cap firmly (until it clicks). Store in a horizontal position!
Baking and fixing:
To achieve a permanent, dishwasher-safe finish: Allow the painted objects to dry for approx 4 hours and put them into an unheated oven. Set the temperature for 170°C and bake for approx. 30 Min. Turn off the heat, allow the items to cool down in the closed oven. Do not remove until cool.

I bought some of this paint a few years ago and painted the glass in my front door with it. It turned out lovely and I used Parisian Blue with it just making abstract patterns freehand with a paint brush. I love it and it has been on the glass for a few years now and still looks good.
Having trawled several shops and several craft websites, for marabu decorglas, I found Crafty Arts were not only the easiest website to access and search their good choice of products but they were one of the cheapest too! Postage was then efficient and speedy...I think I got it the next day?
I wanted to buy some red light bulbs that were completely red. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot to choose from in the fitting I needed. I began to think outside the box and bought this red glass paint to make the bulbs myself. The paint is brilliant, at a fraction of the cost I can make hundreds.
I watched the video instructions for light bulb painting and it was so easy to follow and accurate. These paints are wonderful, true colour and easy to use. Shipping was super fast too.
