Coronavirus has affected us all in different ways, and we know it’s been tough. We wanted to say an enormous thank you from all of us at Crafty Arts.
We are so touched by all your kind words, your support and your loyalty. Like most businesses across the world, we have struggled with stock levels,
staffing levels, restrictions on deliveries and all the delays that have come as a result of these. Over the past 3 months, we have experienced
volume of orders that is unprecedented for us and we have had to adjust quickly to ensure that we were still providing as normal a service as possible in the most
un-normal of situations. Along the way, we made adjustments, brought in new procedures, streamlined measures and most importantly,
we all dug deep as a (socially distant!) team to ensure that we got your orders out to you.
We know that some things slipped during this pandemic, and although in some cases it was unavoidable and out of our control,
it is something that was so frustrating to us. We have taken this opportunity to learn how to do things differently and more effectively.
We’ve listened to all reviews and feedback, and we are working on how to ensure that we maintain standards moving forward and we are
so excited to show you what we have to offer in the future.
Our physical store remains closed, but our online store is ready and waiting to welcome you and inspire you to be creative daily.
Our stock levels are looking healthier, delivery times are normalising, our procedures are tightened and we’re ready for the next chapter.
We want to thank you again for staying with us during this pandemic.
Knowing that we were able to support you with something to inspire and occupy you
and your loved ones during this hard time is something that as a family-run business we are extremely proud of.

In this difficult situation, we are striving to run operations as best as we can.
Our website remains open to allow you to place online orders, however due to reduced staff levels and
increased number of orders please bear with us as we are trying to get your parcels out to you as soon as we can.

According to Government guidelines, our store in Romford is now closed until further notice.
We are still able to take online orders to be dispatched with our couriers, and we are still able to take click and collect orders
