Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon you can to ensure that this is possible. You can call on 0207 993 5479 or email by Click Here. In most cases we are able to cancel your order straight away, however once the item has been dispatched, we will not be able to do this. If this is the case, please await for the item to arrive and we will send you a returns form to complete and return with the item.

Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 working days, beginning with the day after delivery is made. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of items where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to the Crafty Arts by letter or e-mail, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient. 

Returns Policy 
We offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee* on our returns. This however is only available for UK mainland customers. This may also exclude additional delivery charges that were made to send to you initially. 
 
Item/s must be new, unopened in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. It must also include your returns form and be sent to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 14 working of delivery. Or in the case of large items delivered by our specialist couriers, contact our customer services using the contact form within 14 working days of delivery to discuss the return. Items should be returned with a completed returns form. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please note that over the Christmas season December, this period is extended to 30 days or up until 30th January as we understand that many of these items are Christmas presents. 
 
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, please contact us either via this link (Click Here) or call us on 0207 993 5479 and send the item/s back with a completed returns form. Your request will then be processed within 14 working days. Upon return of the item/s Crafty Arts Limited will investigate and you will be contacted within 14 days of receipt.
 
At CraftyArts.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.  
 
In most cases, a free delivery service will be offered to return the item. If you are requesting to send back the item/s - for your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us.
 
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.
 
As soon as we receive the item back from you, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
