I have only received part of my order? Some orders are split and sent separately. This could be due to the items in the order being very large e.g. canvases, easels etc or because some of the items you ordered are temporally out of stock. If they are out of stock you should receive a note in your parcel of which items are to follow. Standard / Free Delivery All our standard/free delivery services are either sent by Royal Mail 1st class, or Royal Mail Tracked (excluding orders for canvases, easels and other very large items) and arrive within 3-5 working days after you receive an email stating your order has been shipped. You may want to check with your local Post Office Depot since it is possible that they have already tried to deliver your package but were unable to. If your package does not arrive within 10 working days contact us using the form above so we can investigate and take the appropriate action. Please note: Royal Mail does not declare a parcel as lost until 15 working days since sent. Express Delivery Service (1-3 Working Days) Your order should arrive within 1-3 working days after you receive an email stating your order has been shipped. Overseas Europe All overseas orders are sent by courier but can take up to 10 working days after you receive an email stating your order has been shipped.
