Originated from China (960-1279AD), where it was first created in a very basic form. It was then further developed into a more advanced craft before it arrived in England 1907. Where it was majority used for printing expensive wallpapers, silk and other fabrics.

Screen printing is a method of stecilling a print in which a design is imposed on a screen of silk or other fine mesh. Blank areas coated with an impermeable substance, and ink is forced through the mesh onto the printing surface.
