Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order you need to contact us Click here asap so that we can stop your order from being dispatched and refund you.

You may return, new unopened items sold by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging and saleable condition, with a completed returns form. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

To exercise your right of cancellation or to return an item/s, you must contact us via this link Click here or call 020 7993 5479 requesting a returns form. This must then be completed and sent to us along with item/s. Please note that notification by phone without completing a returns form is not sufficient.

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Once you have notified the us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, please contact us either via this link Click here or call 020 7993 5479 and send the item/s back with a completed returns form. Where your request will then be processed within 7 working days. Upon return of the item/s Crafty Arts will investigate and you will be contacted within 7 days of reciept.
