Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices are in £ sterling inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery.

The goods are subject to availability, however if your item is not in stock we will in devoir to arrange a back order for you within 3 working days, if this period is longer than this you will always be contacted with the option to either wait for the item to come in stock or to cancel the item.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the our website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

In addition to the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.

We will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
