Delivery Schedule

All orders received will be processed the next working day and will be dispatched provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched through our courier service you will be sent an email and you should expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days.

Back Orders
The goods are subject to availability, however if your item is not in stock we will in devoir to arrange a back order for you within 3 working days, if this period is longer than this you will always be contacted with the option to either wait for the item to come in stock or to cancel the item.

How do I get FREE Delivery?

Place over £35 of eligible items in your Shopping Basket.*
Proceed to checkout.
Make sure your items are being delivered to a UK Mainland address.
Orders placed will generally be delivered to you 3-7 days.
Place your order.**

* Eligible items are those purchased from craftyarts.co.uk website, excluding items (where this is stated on the item's product information page). If your order qualifies for FREE UK Delivery, you will still be charged a delivery fee for any ineligible items in the order.

**Cancelling items, combining orders, might affect your order's eligibility for Free Delivery.

How our delivery rates work

Our delivery rates are dependant on what you spend. If you see the chart below it will show how this is worked out. In most cases this works out a lot cheaper than the actual delivery costs and packaging.

up to £5 = £1.95
up to £10 = 2.95
up to £20 = £3.45
up to £30 = £4.45
up to £34.99 = £4.95

The following products are not eligible for free delivery are certain large or heavy items (where so stated on the information page for the relevant product.)
Applies only to orders that are to be delivered to a UK Mainland delivery address.
May be used in conjunction with a promotional voucher. To qualify for free delivery, the total amount of the products purchased before the promotional voucher is applied must be £35 or more.
You will not receive free delivery on your order if any eligible products are cancelled, bringing the total order amount below £35.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE UK Delivery at any time.

Shipping to Highlands & Offshore

The shipping costs for these areas are more expensive because of where we are based and delivery costs are higher.

up to £35 = £10
up to £50 = £5
over £50 = Free

Shipping Overseas

We currently only deliver to Ireland and select countries in Europe

up to £75 = £20
up to £150 = £10
up to £250 = £7
over £250 = Free

Terms of Shipping

Please note that these shipping and handling charges refers to one transaction. Special deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date.

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.
