Standard Delivery Schedule

All orders received will be processed the next working day and will be dispatched provided no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched through our courier service you will be sent an email and you should expect to receive your items within 3-5 working days.

Standard Delivery is currently £1.95 - this a limited time offer and is usually £3.95

Back Orders
Goods are subject to availability, however if your item is not in stock we will try to arrange a back order for you within 3 working days, if this period is longer than this you will always be contacted with the option to either wait for the item to come in stock or to cancel the item.

Click & Collect

This service is now available from our Bluewater Store and Romford Depot. Customers can place their orders online and make payment. On your shipping options you need to choose which Click & Collect store.

Please note do not collect your order until you have received your "Available to Collect" store email. This is normally received within the next working day.

Express Delivery Schedule

Crafty Arts Express Delivery is offered to almost every item, as long as it is in stock. Once the item/s has been dispatched through our service provider your item will take 1-2 working days to arrive.

*We use UPS for the majority of our Express delivery orders. In some cases we may use a different courier due to where you are based or the shape/size of the item you have ordered.

Orders for multiple numbers of an item may take longer to assemble and may not therefore be eligible for Express delivery. If the case arises and your item is out of stock you will be contacted and informed. Any items that are marked *Direct* do not apply for express delivery as they are delivered directly from the manufacturer.

Our Express Delivery is £6.95* (* This price is for UK Mainland and does not apply to various different locations in certain areas - please see terms and conditions for details)

How do I get FREE UK Delivery?

1. Place order over £30 of eligible items in your Shopping Basket.*
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Make sure your items are being delivered to a UK Mainland address.
4. Orders placed will generally be delivered to you 3-7 days.
5. Place your order.**

• up to £29.99 = £3.95
• Over £30+ = Free

• Applies only to orders with £30 or more of eligible products (including VAT at the UK rate
• The following products are not eligible for free delivery are certain large or heavy items (where so stated on the information page for the relevant product.)
• Applies only to orders that are to be delivered to a UK Mainland delivery address.
• May be used in conjunction with a promotional voucher. To qualify for free delivery, the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional voucher is applied must be £30 or more.
• You will not receive free delivery on your order if any eligible products are cancelled, bringing the total order amount below £30.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE UK Delivery at any time.

Shipping Overseas

Our delivery rates are based on which zone you may be located in. Your order will be sent via UPS or Royal Mail Airsure, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

Note: We cannot send canvases, studio easels and other very large/heavy items overseas. If you would like a quote for these items please contact us to find out if they would be available for despatch to your country.

Terms of Shipping

Please note that these shipping and handling charges refers to one transaction. Special deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under the Supplier's control the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you as soon as possible.

Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the Supplier in advance of the quoted delivery date.

Upon receipt of your order you may be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.

Prices displayed above and countries listed may change without notice. In the unlikely event that our courier was to charge more than expected we would pass on the costs but first explain the extra charges to complete your order and if you would like to continue.
